We love proper fresh, proper tasty food so our products and menus use fresh and where possible and practical; local, Scottish or British sourced ingredients. AWESOME AWARDS PIES & MORE!In May 2025 at The Scottish bakers world Scotch pie championship awards, WeeCOOK wins the Macleans Cup now renamed the Ian Nelson memorial trophy, for the 4th year in a row, for the best Savoury Pie in Scotland with our Fishwife pie! Plus gold awards for Caponata Formaggio, Silver for the MacChook, bronze for our butter chicken, bronze for our curried Colin sausage rolls and for the first time ever a bronze for our scotch pie! WEECOOK gains class champion title of best chicken & ham pie and best savoury pie with the MacChook at the British Pie awards in Melton Mowbray. Also team superstar Cairn was crowned British young pie maker of the year. This is the 4th time a WeeCOOK young crew member has won this award. The pies retain stars from the Guild of fine food great taste awards then the WEECOOK fishwife pie wins product and seafood product of the year at the Scotland Food & Drink excellence awards! Best fish pie in the land…with the best smoked fish in the world on our doorstep and the Arbroath smokies in our pie we’re proud to fly that flag!
