Made in Scotland! Our Angus based team bakes our fully loaded, hand finished and proper tasty, award winning pies especially for you. Pick your preferred 4 pies. Your pies are made fresh to order, packed with cool packs into speciality insulated boxes and delivered via our courier next day service so they are fresh and chilled ready for you to enjoy on the day they arrive, keep in the fridge for a few days, or for you to freeze down for up to 8 weeks.
We deliver pies by post to most addresses in Scotland, Wales & England however due to the next day delivery required to ensure pies arrive fresh there are some remote or rural area postcodes our COURIERS CAN NOT PROVIDE THIS SERVICE TO. Please email or call us to check if you are unsure.

To reheat pies from chilled place in pre heated fan oven at 160 degrees C for 20-25 minutes or until piping hot. In an air fryer cook at the same temperature for 15-20 minutes. To cook from frozen 50 minutes at 180 degrees C. If you have any questions about the pies please get in touch, we're hap'pie to help!

As with the purchase of WEECOOK pies by post you are agreeing to the conditions, and once collected by our courier, WEECOOK can not accept liability for failed deliveries and we are unable to refund pies by post costs resulting from failed deliveries. Our couriers provide full tracking details once pies are collected from WEECOOK so you can track their progress on their way to your address for your receipt.

Chicken & Bacon:
A traditional roux based ham veloute sauce, slow roast chicken breast, butchers bacon. Guild of fine foods Great Taste awards 1 star, British Pie awards silver medalist. Amazing with baked beans.
Fishwife Pie:
The as seen on TV (Aldis next big Thing on channel 4 & ITVs Love you weekend show with Alan Titchmarsh). The best Fish pie in Britain and Scotland. Guild of fine foods Great taste 1 star award, Scotch Pie championships Diamond award, British Pie awards best Fish Pie in Britain (3 years running), Scotland Food & Drink Excellence awards for best Fish & Seafood Product and overall best Product in Scotland 2024. Better than fellow finalist Marks & Spencers 'Best Ever' Fish pie! This is not a fishermans pie....this is the fishermans pies sassy little Scottish sister. A meaty fish pie with Scottish haddock, smoked haddock, salmon and Arbroath Smokie, lightly bound together in a smokie savoury parsley sauce. Amazing with any green veg, buttered tatties or a basil mash. Mushy peas & tartar sauce too. This is not just any fish pie, it's WEECOOK's Best in the land Fishwife pie.
Pulled Pork, Apple & Stuffing:
Slow roast soft shredded pork shoulder, bramley apple sauce, sage & onion stuffing. It's Sunday dinner in a pie. Great on its own with a good squeeze of creamy mayo or alioli. Amazing spruced up with some roast potatoes, mushy peas, gravy & crispy onions!
Caponata Formaggio:
A multiple surprise award winning vegetarian Sicilian inspired savoury pie! Roast aubergine, courgette, red pepper & red onion in a tomato & basil secret sauce with Scottish cheddar cheese. The pie is finished with nigella seeds for an extra umami savoury kick. Guild of fine foods Great taste 2 star award winner. The scotch pie awards Macleans Cup trophy winner for best 'Savoury' pie 2 years on the trot! A peppery rocket leaf salad with a balsamic or french style dressing and a home made creamy crunchy slaw work incredibly well with this pie..as do chips!
Black pudding, Stilton & Onion Chutney:
Our first ever award winner. 2017 winner of BBC Good Food show Scotland artisan producers award. Local butchers Scottish Stornaway style black pudding, Stilton (what we think is one of the best cheeses in the world), caramelised onion chutney in a pie. It's a love it or hate it kind of pie but don't knock it until you've tried it. Scottie black pudding is the best! A surprisingly filling rich pie, great for Christmas or a brunch to set you up for the day. Pairs equally well with baked beans or a balsamic dressed green salad.
Macaroni Cheese & Branston Pickle:
We unashamedly admit to our addiction to Branston pickle. With the world mad for macaroni cheese in any and every variety these days we remain resolute as do those who know, that cheddar cheese & Branston make the perfect couple. We use Scottish mature white cheddar to make a classic cheesy béchamel which is enriched with english & dijon mustard and several glugs of Worcestershire sauce. The standard version of this pie is suitable for pescatarians but not vegetarians due to the Worcestershire sauce. With advance notice we can happily bake vegetarian versions by request. Unlike most Scottish Mac & Cheese pies, ours is not an open pie, we completely enclose the tasty umami macaroni cheese and Branston Pickle filling in pastry to keep all the juicy filling inside ready to burst out for you to enjoy. This pies is best hot but also pretty perfect as a cold picnic pie!
Butter Chicken Curry:
We really love our curries in Scotland. Unlike chip shop curry we make a proper medium spiced sauce. Lots of garlic, and garam masala and butter! We add slow roast chicken breast and sprinkle nigella seeds for that naan bread effect.This pie is the best after a night out. We can't claim it can cure hangovers, but it certainly helps satisfy those munchies. This pie is amazing with some home made spiced onion and raita or kachumber salad.
Cauliflower Karachi Curry:
The vegan sister of our Butter chicken curry. Same sauce but no butter, with roasted cauliflower and no egg wash glaze on the pastry. Please note, although this is a vegan pie with no animal derived ingredients we must declare milk as an allergen due to the potential presence in our little production kitchen and from our suppliers too.
MacChook:
A Burns night favourite and multiple award winning Haggis, chicken & bacon pie. The MacChook won the best Haggis Pie diamond award at the Scotch pie awards and wanton to win the Macleans Cup trophy for best overall speciality Savoury Pie in Scotland in 2024! Like our chicken & bacon classic pie this pie has the addition of our local butchers traditional and super tasty Haggis. This is one of the best ways to enjoy haggis for those curious about trying this mythical Scottish beast. Of course this pie is best paired with some peppery buttered neeps, some tatties or mash and a whisky sauce and a little chive..plus a wee dram of decent single malt to help wash it down. Slanj!
